Welcome to our Farmhaus Tiravento, Passignano sul Trasimeno
Our vacantion house Tiravento in Passignano sul Trasimeno remained, thanks to the accurate restoration, a typical ancient farmhouse and is under the constraint of Fine Arts. The location is unique. Although in the town we are on a hill planted with olive trees and you can admire the lake to 180 degrees.
The expressway, which connects with Passignano Perugia and with the A1 motorway, crosses the hill on which the house stands, and is not visible. However, you are so well connected with the south of Tuscany and Umbria with daily trips in every direction possible. So mystical and fascinating medieval towns as Perugia and Cortona become reachable in 20 minutes, Assisi, Gubbio and Todi in 45 minutes and capitals of art like Florence and Rome in an hour or two.
We offer up to 4 bedrooms for 16 guests. 1 hectare (10,000 m²) is fenced to guarantee you absolute peace. The house is of 1864 and was renovated with love and wellness combines traditional with modern comfort. For those who want fresh in july / august, a system is provided which is pumping cold water into the plant floor and the air draws moisture, so no "american cold" but rather "cellar freshness".
