It was pure relax in a beautiful place.

Wonderful host, caring and making the stay exceptional. The place was very quiet and peaceful, with spectacular views on the town and lake. The apartment was comfortable, I had everything I needed.

Perfect stay with a very hospitable owner and service to perfection

Location serves to perfection. The owner has a eye for perfection. The breakfast as served with all homemade bread, butter, yoghurt and jam. The house is immaculate. Highly recommended

Amazing location and wonderful hostess

We were 2 couples in two adjoining apartments, for 9 nights. The property is located on a hill overlooking the lake, and the view is amazing. You can see the lake and the town from every side. The surrounding area is beautiful and pastoral, full of flowers and olive trees, very quiet, only the chirping of birds is heard. The apartment itself includes everything you need - a bedroom with a comfortable bed, a cozy living room with a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery and appliances, a dining area, and more. Everything is very clean. The host Antonella is a wonderful person, who really does above and beyond for the sake of her guests, including little "surprises" such as croissants or fruit waiting for us at the entrance to the apartment. She always answered quickly on WhatsApp and took care of everything we asked for. The location is ideal for visiting Umbria and southern Tuscany. The area is full of picturesque towns, good restaurants, and various entertainment options. We already miss the place and would love to go back there.

A beautiful location, with a clean and well equipp

Antico Casale Tiravento is located on a hill next to Lago di Trasimeno. The view is amazing. You can see the entire lake and the town of Passignano from your lounge chair. The accomodation is situated on a beautiful piece of land filled with flowers and olive trees. The accomodation itself has everything you could need. It was big, well equipped, quiet and very clean. We really appreciated having a place to unwind from our sightseeing and activities. The accomodation had a living room with a well equipped kitchen, a big sofa and a smart TV. The hostess is a wonderful person, who really goes above and beyond to see to your needs. She dealt very well with our dietary restrictions (allergies), allowed our family to come over for a birthday and always responded quickly to our questions via Whatsapp. We also really enjoyed the company of her dog (Lulu), who can roam freely, but only if none of the guests mind. We had a wonderful time and would recommend to stay here!

Extraordinary clean place and very kind host!

Antonella, the owner is a very friendly and charming host. When we arrived at her place she offered us a welcome drink on her behalf. She showed us around at her lovely place and made us feel at home right away. The apartments are very, very clean and super well equipped. We had everything we needed. The place has a unique almost 360 degree view on lake Trasimeno and thanks to beautiful olive trees and umbrellas you will always find a spot in the shadow. The garden has a small pavilion where Antonella provides coffee whenever you wish. She even made a cake for us which was very delicious! 5 minutes away is a Supermarkt where you can buy everything you need. We will definitely come back! All in all highly recommended!!

The perfect weekend

I had the chance to spend three days in this magical place and my only regret is that I should have staying longer. Very clean facility, breathtaking view, super comfortable apartment and wonderful management. I was traveling with my family and I couldn’t find a better location for my wife and two young kids. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat, but close to endless places to visit. I can’t find anything negative. Even the road that someone described as challenging, I had no issues with and I fell it add to the charme of the place

Your home away from home

We had the pleasure to stay in this beautiful place. Amazing sunsets with the view towards the lake and the islands. The place is perfect for exercising as there is plenty of space. Antonella, the host, is the best, so sweet and always available for anything at any time as well as her son. The place is very clean. You’ll have coffe and a fresh croissant or home made cake made by the lovely Antonella... we loved stay here and we can’t wait to be back soon.

Umbrian dream!

Perfect location with wide view over olive tree covered hills and colourful lake, amazing nicely furnished apartments and warm and hearty hosts - simply perfect! We will return. Only regretting the end of our vacation.

A wonderful place to enjoy holidays in a wonderful

We stayed 17 days there and it was perfect. The place is ideally situated to visit most parts of Umbria and South Toscana by car. The big property is situated on the top of a hill. Therefore, it is quiet and surrounded by nature (mostly olive trees), with magnificent views on the Lago Trasimeno and its islands. The apartment was very comfy, large and well furnished. We enjoyed also the very nice barbecue that was available for the guests. Since we stayed for a long period, the host generously offered us a free cleaning of the apartment during our stay. The road to get to the property is totally fine with any car (we have a family car and there was absolutely no problem). Antonella (the host) and Andreas (her son) are big-hearted, generous, and very committed to their guests. If we needed anything, Antonella was very responsive and always helpful. Every morning, she was offering yummy home-made cakes or biscuits. Many evenings, her son offered us some delicious home-made liquors :-) We really felt at home, and the departure was heartbreaking.

Delightful. Town very pretty. Good links by train

The apartment had every thing we needed. The views were stunning. Close to the train station and town. The host's were delightful. The only problem for us having arrived by train was the steep climb up to the property. You need to be fit and able bodied. Having said that the owners would have picked us up from the station, had we known.

Central for touring around Umbria and Tuscany. Quiet location a little off the beaten track yet only 1 km from Passignano. Well appointed kitchen, modern appliances and very clean. Antonella is an attentive host and very helpful without being intrusive.

We loved everything

We loved everything about this property. Antonella our host was exceptional wanting to ensure our needs were met to a high standard. Having access to a washing machine was great too. The town is a short distance away and the supermarket so close. We had an upstairs Apartment with amazing views of Lake Trasimeno and the countryside. The town has great places for coffee and to eat and lovely surroundings under trees to relax and view the lake. A ferry also comes in to take you to Perugia.

A very pleasant stay!

We had the most relaxing days at this house. It was spacious, very well equipped and the locality was gorgeous at the top of the mountain. The owner lives in the next house so she was always there for addressing all the questions. There is a supermarket close by and various restaurants by the lake. Must go!
