The Delta Apartment          

Delta is the second unit located on the first floor of the Villa. It is accessed via an independent staircase at the front of the Casale, at the end of which is the entrance to the flat and a small loggia with a spectacular 180° view of Lake Trasimeno. 

Like the other flats, Delta is composed of everything necessary for an independent and functional unit: living area with sofa, equipped kitchen, sleeping area with queen-size bed and bathroom with shower cabin. Guests staying there will then enjoy comforts such as air conditioning, Smart TV with digital terrestrial and satellite channels, broadband Wi-Fi and a dishwasher. With an area of approximately 45 m2, the unit is suitable for a maximum of 2 persons.

The flat's double bedroom also gives direct access to a balcony for exclusive use, facing the south-east side of the Villa. From here there is a unique view of the medieval village of Passignano and Lake Trasimeno. The flat's facilities will then be joined by shared outdoor facilities, including the enjoyment of the garden outside the Casale, made available in its entirety.
