The Gamma flat is located on the first floor of the Villa, and is accessed via an external staircase at the rear of the Casale. In front of its entrance is a spacious 30 m2 terrace with a view of the property's olive grove and part of the lake, and it has its own exclusive use, making the unit the ideal solution for those seeking absolute quiet and evenings spent observing starry skies.

It too consists of a living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, a queen-size double bedroom and bathroom with shower cabin, suitable for up to 4 adults. From the window of the double bedroom, located on the south-west corner of the Villa, you can fully admire the lake.

Gamma, like the other flats, is equipped with every comfort such as air-conditioning, digital terrestrial and satellite TV, broadband WiFi and a dishwasher.
