The ground floor solution          

The ground floor solution is formed of the two flats Alpha and Beta, and is accessible from the two independent entrances at the front of the house. An internal door can be opened to ensure passage between the two units, allowing the solution to be used by families and groups of friends or couples seeking the benefit of proximity and the comfort of intimate spaces.

We therefore offer a total of 2 living areas with a kitchenette, 2 sleeping areas with a queen-size double bed, 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, a large bathroom with a shower that is also suitable for people with disabilities, and another bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower. The solution is therefore suitable for up to 6 adults, with a floor area of 95 m2.

Being on the ground floor, however, does not mean renouncing the panorama of Lake Trasimeno that the Villa offers. In fact, if in the south-west area of the house there is a large veranda of about 30 m2 with direct access from the solution, from which one can enjoy the view of the 2 islands, Maggiore and Minore, the south-east area of the garden, also directly accessible, enjoys one of the most beautiful views of the Lake and the magnificent medieval village of Passignano sul Trasimeno.

The choice of the ground floor therefore allows you to enjoy the ease of the space and the panorama without compromise, in direct contact with the surrounding nature. The solution is also equipped with every comfort such as air conditioning, Smart Tv with digital terrestrial and satellite for the living area, broadband wi-fi and dishwasher.
